This week's Dinner Special. Is a very delicious version of Arroz con Pollo. This is a classic Latin and Spanish dish with chicken nestled in a mélange of rice, wine, vegetables, onions and garlic. We serve this with a side of refried beans and fresh made guacamole with a dollop of sour cream.

*** Soup of the Moment***  Is a Mexican-style Chicken Tortilla. Everyone who has tried this soup loves it at any time of year.
