Our Menu
A word about our food: Since we opened we’ve been candid to all our customers that our meals are cooked to order, and that we use only the freshest ingredients. Because we choose fresh over pre-made and pre-cooked foods, unlike those used in the familiar chain restaurants, we’re able to cook your meal the way it is supposed to be cooked. Each meal is prepared according to our own recipes and cooked with the same care as we would do so in our own home.
Trans-fats are never used at The Copper Stallion and we use local produce from local growers when in season. We strive to offer you the best dining experience and satisfy your hunger for life’s simple pleasures, and so far we’re proud of our progress.
We offer space for small events or functions, such as
baby/bridal showers,
wedding rehearsal dinners and business meetings.
Our dining area can hold 10 to 50 guests.
